Meet Robert

It is rare not finding a photograph of our founder enjoying a fresh cup of coffee. Since the tender age of 30 ( at time of writing that was 10 years ago) Rob has always loved a decent cup of the good stuff every morning, and some afternoons. 

"I would never say I am addicted to coffee, as I also really like tea. But what I am addicted to is the finest top quality products sourced in the most ethical way possible." 

Rob started Last Unicorn Coffee in August 2023 with one simple goal. 

"I want to create a coffee that tastes as good as the sunshine the beans need to grow." 

Often Rob is asked why he picked the name the Last Unicorn and his response is always the same…

"Charlotte, my partner picked it, though we both agreed that finding that ultimate roast of smooth well rounded flavour in a cup, was like coming face to face with the last unicorn."
