As per regulations, customers within the European Union retain the privilege of a ‘refreshing interval’ lasting 14 business days following the receipt of their purchase, applicable to Last Unicorn Coffee Company.
Opting to initiate a return of a non-perishable product to Last Unicorn Coffee Company within this timeframe will grant you the right to receive a reimbursement for the item's cost and the initial delivery fee, excluding the return fee.
The designated 'refreshing interval' is not relevant for uniquely crafted, personalised (such as freshly roasted-to-order coffee), or items of a perishable nature.
Nevertheless, if your intention behind returning a product is due to it being damaged, faulty, or exhibiting any form of defect, Last Unicorn Coffee Company will duly refund both the delivery fee and the return cost upon successful receipt of the merchandise.
