Arcane Tide - Medium Roast

Some coffees arrive quietly. Arcane Tide is one of them.

Grown at 2,200 metres above sea level in the highlands of Eastern Uganda, this washed single origin coffee carries the character of its landscape... high, clean air, fertile volcanic soil, and the kind of altitude that forces a coffee tree to work slowly and develop something worth waiting for.

In the cup, it opens with sweet toffee apple on the nose, then moves through citrus brightness and stone fruit before settling into a crisp red apple finish. The body is medium and composed. The acidity is soft and sweet, citric without sharpness, leaving a gentle impression long after the last sip.

As it cools, the cup deepens. A wine-like complexity emerges, with hints of dark chocolate and a layered quality that rewards patience. This is a coffee that changes as you drink it — and that is exactly the point.
