How Would You Like Your Magic Beans?

Embark on a sensory journey that unveils the true essence of coffee magic.

These remarkable beans bear a golden stripe and are meticulously roasted to perfection. They are small treasures, sourced from the very birthplace of coffee in Ethiopia, and flourish in their most unadulterated form. Hand-picked with utmost care, these beans find their way from vibrant markets to mills, where their potential is refined with precision.

Prepare to join the ranks of connoisseurs who recognise the allure of this exceptional brew— a dark symphony of complexity that echo's the depth and character of its region's rich and vibrant history.

Dark Symphony is an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe known for its complex and harmonious flavour profile. Upon the first sip, you're greeted with a rich bouquet of floral notes, particularly jasmine and honeysuckle, which gracefully intermingle with hints of bergamot. The body is medium, with a velvety mouthfeel that carries the bright acidity typical of Yirgacheffe beans. As the coffee cools, deeper flavours of dark chocolate and ripe blueberries emerge, creating a symphony of taste that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

At the moment of roasting, we meticulously measure each batch of our coffee to precisely 250 grams. However, it is important to note that during the roasting process, there is typically a reduction in weight of approximately 18%, resulting in the final product weighing between 230 grams and 240 grams. Rest assured, every bag we provide is labeled with its precise weight.
