Emerald Mountain is a Colombian Excelso that dazzles with its bright and lively character. This coffee offers a balanced acidity, reminiscent of green apples and citrus fruits. The mid-palate reveals a sweetness akin to caramel and toffee, complemented by a nutty undertone of roasted almonds. The finish is clean and crisp, leaving a refreshing aftertaste of sweet orange and subtle cocoa. Its full-bodied richness makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a vibrant and well-rounded cup.

At the moment of roasting, we meticulously measure each batch of our coffee to precisely 250 grams. However, it is important to note that during the roasting process, there is typically a reduction in weight of approximately 18%, resulting in the final product weighing between 230 grams and 240 grams.
