With white gooseberry and Assam tea on the nose, the taste that follows of cola, lime and sour cream just works so well to give you a structured acidity and delicate soft mouthfeel that will leave you wanting to share it with your own herd.

At the moment of roasting, we meticulously measure each batch of our coffee to precisely 250 grams. However, it is important to note that during the roasting process, there is typically a reduction in weight of approximately 18%, resulting in the final product weighing between 230 grams and 240 grams. Rest assured, every bag we provide is labelled with its precise weight.
