Mogiana Ember is a smooth, sweet and deeply satisfying Brazilian single origin coffee, roasted to a medium plus profile to bring out its natural warmth, body and crowd pleasing richness.
Sourced from Andrea Costa in Brazil’s Mogiana region, this natural process coffee is built around comfort, sweetness and depth. It opens with a soft toffee sweetness, followed by smooth chocolate orange and a gentle plum jam fruitiness. Underneath, there is a rounded cashew note that gives the cup a creamy, nutty finish.
This is the kind of coffee that feels instantly familiar, but still has enough character to keep you coming back. It is rich without being heavy, sweet without becoming sharp, and developed enough to work beautifully across espresso, milk drinks and everyday brewing.
