The Andean Orchard is a refined Colombian single origin coffee from Huila, roasted to a light medium profile to preserve its clarity, sweetness and elegant fruit character.
Grown at high altitude in one of Colombia’s most respected coffee regions, this washed coffee has a bright, structured cup with natural sweetness at its core. It opens with smooth caramel and panela, followed by gentle hazelnut richness, orange peel brightness and a crisp apple finish. The result is a coffee that feels clean, lifted and beautifully balanced.
This is one of those coffees where restraint matters. Roast it too dark and the delicate fruit disappears. Keep it too light and the sweetness may not fully develop. The light medium roast gives The Andean Orchard enough development to bring out caramelised sweetness while still allowing the citrus, apple and high altitude clarity to shine.
In filter and pour over, The Andean Orchard is bright, clean and expressive, with citrus and apple sitting over a sweet caramel base. In cafetière or AeroPress, it becomes rounder and more comforting, bringing forward hazelnut, panela and soft sweetness.
